These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Idle muRPG (the "Game" or "Service"), including the website at https://idle-murpg.com, related browser and PC clients, and the Android application distributed on Google Play. The Service is operated and released by H5Play ("H5Play", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms are provided for transparency and store compliance. They are not a substitute for legal advice. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected where applicable.

1. Parties and Service

Idle muRPG is a free-to-play dark fantasy AFK idle RPG / idle MMO offered by H5Play. Platforms may include web browser, Android via Google Play, and Windows PC where we make a client available. Features, servers, and availability may change over time.

2. Eligibility and Age

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You represent that you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your account without our prior written permission. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe compromise security or fair play.

4. License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, H5Play grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play Idle muRPG for entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Service except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law. You may not use the Service for commercial exploitation without our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable Use and Fair Play

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, macros, exploits, unauthorized third-party software, or other unfair advantages;
• Interfere with servers, networks, anti-cheat, or other players' enjoyment of the Game;
• Harass, threaten, defraud, or abuse others, or post illegal, infringing, or harmful content;
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse data from the Service beyond normal play;
• Attempt to buy, sell, or trade accounts, characters, or virtual items for real-world money outside authorized channels.

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warnings, item removal, temporary bans, permanent bans, or legal remedies.

6. Virtual Items and Virtual Currency

The Service may include virtual currency, items, cosmetics, boosts, and other digital content ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, do not constitute real property, and grant only a limited, revocable license to use them within Idle muRPG while your account is in good standing. Virtual currency purchased or earned for Idle muRPG may be used only within this Game title and is not redeemable for cash. We may modify, rebalance, discontinue, or remove Virtual Items as part of ongoing game design. Except where required by law, unused Virtual Items are not refundable if your account is suspended, terminated for breach, or if the Service ends.

7. Google Play In-App Purchases

On the Android version distributed via Google Play, purchases of digital goods and services (including virtual currency and other in-app features) are processed through Google Play Billing, subject to Google's terms and policies. Pricing shown in the Google Play purchase interface controls the charge for that transaction. In-app virtual currencies must be used only within Idle muRPG.

Except where required by applicable law or Google's policies, all Google Play purchases are final once completed. Refund and chargeback requests for Google Play purchases are primarily handled through Google Play's refund process. If Google issues a refund or a payment is charged back, we may reverse, revoke, or adjust related Virtual Items and account benefits. You can find the Android app listing at Google Play.

If the Game offers randomized virtual items from a purchase (for example, loot-box-style mechanics), we will disclose odds in advance and in close proximity to the purchase where required by Google Play policy and applicable law.

8. Patreon Support

We may offer optional support tiers, memberships, or creator benefits through Patreon. Payments, subscriptions, billing, cancellations, and Patreon account management are governed by Patreon's own terms and privacy policy. Benefits linked to Idle muRPG (for example, in-game rewards or community perks) may change, be delayed, or be discontinued as the Game evolves.

Abuse, fraud, or chargebacks related to Patreon support may result in removal of associated benefits and, where appropriate, account enforcement under these Terms. Patreon purchases do not grant ownership of the Game, source code, or real-world property rights in Virtual Items.

9. Third-Party Platforms

The Service may integrate or link to third parties such as Google, Patreon, Discord, analytics providers, and payment processors. Their services are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions of third-party platforms beyond our reasonable control.

10. User Content and Communications

If you submit, post, or transmit content (including chat, names, guild text, support messages, or feedback), you grant H5Play a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Service. You must not submit content that is illegal, infringing, or violates others' rights. We may remove content and restrict features at our discretion.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, art, audio, trademarks, and branding, is owned by H5Play and its licensors. Idle muRPG is an original dark fantasy idle RPG created and published by H5Play. It is an independent work. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent availability of any feature, server, or Virtual Item, or that the Service will meet your expectations.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, H5Play AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW (INCLUDING NON-WAIVABLE CONSUMER RIGHTS).

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless H5Play from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion via support at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these Terms, legal compliance, security risk, or discontinuation of the Service. Upon termination, your license ends; provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) will survive.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by posting an updated date on this page and, where practicable, at least 30 days' notice). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and request account closure.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at H5Play's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply where they cannot be waived. Courts of competent jurisdiction at that place of business shall have venue for disputes, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have to bring claims in your local courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and H5Play regarding the Service.
